Terms of Sale

We do not exercise control over the design, manufacture, certification, or installation of the products we sell. The manufacturer is solely responsible for all safety and compliance issues. By purchasing through this website or any other online or electronically accessible medium, you agree to hold us harmless for any and all activity related to the design, manufacture, installation, and use of any product that is outside of our direct control. If you disagree with these Terms of Sale, notify us before your order is shipped and we will cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Failure to timely notify us of your non-acceptance of these Terms of Sale shall constitute a full acceptance thereof. Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved is adjudicated under Texas law in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

Return Policy

We are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays and will not honor payment for any additional services requested by the purchaser and performed by the shipping company. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the pool furniture before signing the shipping company’s acceptance of receipt. Any damage claim arising after the buyer signs the shipping acceptance is the buyer’s responsibility. A return request must be conveyed via e-mail to sales@poolloungers.com within seven (7) days of delivery. The pool furniture must be returned unused and in resalable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase, and the buyer shall be responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges.
